I’m glad you’re here! What to know about next steps:

Your first session is free. The most important factor in successful therapy outcomes is the fit between the client and therapist and I believe a short consult phone call is not enough time to really understand if we will be a good match. During the first session, we will discuss your goals, and there will be space for you to ask any questions you might have. There will be no pressure to continue with services. The session will be in person if you are seeking ongoing in-person services or virtual if you are seeking ongoing telehealth services. If we decide we are a good fit, we can schedule future sessions in a regular weekly time slot and set your fee based on the fee scale you can find on the Fees & Insurance page. I am also happy to schedule a 15-minute phone consult call if that is of interest to you, before moving ahead with a full session. Whether we do a phone consult or not, your first session will be free of charge.

When you reach out, please let me know if you are looking for a consult call or are ready to start with a free session. If you are ready to start, I will send you initial intake paperwork as a Google form. It will likely take about 20 minutes to complete and includes questions about your current mental health, your past mental health, your current habits and daily life, and other important information about your wellbeing.

Once I receive the intake paperwork, we will schedule our first session!
